This is quite literally my first extensive venture into the realms of DECORATE and ACS scripting, with zero programming background.
Everything I've been learning has been from a combination of wonderful guide resources, creative designers ahead of me, and the direct
contributions to the BrutalHereticRPG mod that most of this base material originated from.  I would personally like to thank:

PillowBlaster: Guncaster and Trailblazer have been a heavy inspiration for both how to structure code so it looks more pretty than the
jumbled pile of crap I started typing, and also for just being kickass gameplay mods.  I essentially got my feet wet tinkering with code 
to try making his projects compatible with others~  Also I totally copied the ammo bar and powerup timer ideas from Trailblazer and Guncaster
because they are so swell much like their author :x

TerminusEst13: For helping me a lot with wonderful feedback, and inspiring a lot of ideas I've had throughout the version (this is way overdue my dude)
